Samsung Mythic a897 Phone (AT&T)While checking on my blog traffic, I noticed that the majority of the search was on Airasia Promotion. At first, I was wondering why then it occurred to me that Chinese New Year is coming soon – It’s traveling time for the Chinese scattered around the world!

I don’t mean to discourage you but to buy tickets for the Chinese New Year period around this time is close to impossible. Even if you managed to get one, the fare would be as much as what you would pay for taking MAS.

Well, I can only hope that there will still be Airasia tickets available for those of you who had not gotten your ticket yet. In my own experience, you have to make an advance purchase which typically 6 months ahead if you want to fly somewhere around the Chinese New Year period.

Anyway, don’t give up. Keep on checking, if you are lucky enough, you might just get your tickets to get home during the Chinese New Year.
